The Haupt Racing Team is the official partner team of Motorsport Team Germany. The shared goal is to promote talent and consistently implement the concept of youth development embedded at HRT, which spans from karting to the DTM.

The National Squad of Motorsport Team Germany is a unique, non-profit youth development program that supports talented young athletes in up to ten disciplines—five each in auto racing and motorcycle racing. Together, the National Squad and the DMSB national teams form Motorsport Team Germany. For 28 years, the ADAC Sport Foundation has been the most successful promoter of motorsport talent in Germany and is thus the most effective organization for promoting young talent in the country.

The primary goal of Motorsport Team Germany’s squad development program, carried out by the ADAC Sport Foundation, is to ensure that German drivers once again successfully compete for European and world championship titles in the future.
