What you bring with you:
- Completed training in a commercial profession, e.g. as an office administrator, tax clerk, administrative assistant or similar
- Experience in general administration, organisation and document management
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of the programmes Sage, ELO and/or Datev is an advantage
- Team spirit, organisational skills, reliability, ability to work under pressure and sense of responsibility
- Good English language skills
Your tasks:
- Creation of outgoing invoices
- Management of receipts, e.g. incoming invoices, outgoing invoices, credit card receipts, bank statements, etc.
- Management of the cash register
- Creation and maintenance of master data
- Monitoring open items
- Preparation for and communication with external service providers
- Contract management
- Filing
- Acceptance and processing of telephone calls
- General support for the management
